This 4-week beginning level series runs every month, focusing on the foundations of floorwork: core strength, graceful lines, smooth transitions, and provocative choreo, taught by the 2018 Reigning Queen of Burlesque INGA!
Each week will focus on a different element of floorwork, including strengthening exercises, classic moves and tricks, and a choreographed floorwork routine that will be learned throughout the series. Each week's Sunday and Tuesday classes are identical, choose the one that works best with your weekly schedule! Drop-ins welcome!
Open to all levels.* Knee pads, yoga mat/cushioned surface are required. Please wear comfortable, slim-fitting athletic attire; knees, shins, and feet must be covered.
*Safety note: Students with serious knee injuries and/or chronic knee issues are advised not to enroll for this particular series. INGA is working on creating a knee-friendly version of this class. In the meantime, consider taking Cardio Floorwork Fitness or Body Altar
