This 3-class series goes beyond floorwork basics and focuses on next-level tricks and transitions, taught by 2018 Reigning Queen of Burlesque INGA!
Each class will include a warm-up, conditioning exercises, and intermediate level choreography that will be learned throughout the 4 weeks. Accompanying weekly Floorwork Finesse Hour (Wednesdays 12pm PST) is exclusive to Inga’s Patreon members at Video Ga-Ga level and above.
Drop-ins welcome! Open to intermediate level students who have mastered a basic shoulder stand and are used to learning choreography. Knee pads required. Please wear comfortable, slim-fitting attire; knees, shins, and feet must be covered.
Safety note: Students with chronic knee issues are advised not to enroll for this particular series. Please consider taking Flex-y Floorwork or Body Altar as a knee-safe alternative.
